1.) Leverage and utilize key engineering contacts, support and historical data provided by professionals that have spent much of their professional careers working in the Athabasca Basin. The Management spent the past 6 months identifying and assessing uranium property acquisition opportunities and prospects through its engineering contact base and is currently negotiating terms of additional property acquisitions as a result. The intent and plan is to build a portfolio of properties, several of which are expected to be completed by the end of the first quarter of 2008.

2.) Utilize and leverage relationships in the financial sector to secure long term backing of the Company's objectives.
